Overview

Energy savings due to increased system efficiency with Q-Limit function (flow limitation)
Optimised display for improved readability and control
Installation in small spaces thanks to compact design and position-independent LCD display
Modular concept for connection to all common bus systems (e.g. Modbus, BACnet, CAN, LON, PLR)
Corrosion-resistant pump housing made of bronze for applications with possible oxygen intrusion
Proven quality and reliability
Typesetting program
After 19 years of success, the Wilo-Stratos high-performance pump will be completely removed from the product range and replaced by the new Wilo-Stratos MAXO smart pump by the end of March 2020. The new Wilo-Stratos MAXO pump technology will continue the success of the Stratos series.

  • Q-Limit to limit max. flow (can only be set on the IR-Stick)

Manual control

  • Setting of operating modes
  • Setting the flow rate value
  • Setting for automatic speed reduction mode
  • Pump ON/OFF setting
  • Speed setting (manual switch-over)

Automatic control

  • Infinitely variable speed control according to mode of operation
  • Automatic downmilling operation
  • Lockout function
  • Soft start
  • Full motor protection with integrated electronic shutdown

External control

  • Priority off control input (possible with Stratos IF-modules)
  • Minimum power priority input (available with Stratos IF-modules)
  • Control input "Analog In 0 - 10V" (remote speed switching), possible with Stratos IF-modules
  • Control input "Analog In 0 - 10 V" (remote setpoint adjustment), possible with Stratos IF-modules

Alarms and display

  • Generalized fault indication (potential free NO contact)
  • Separate fault indication (potential free normally open contact), possible with Stratos IF-Modules
  • Lighted fault indicator
  •  LCD display for the indication of pump parameters and error codes

Data exchange

  • Infra-red interface for wireless data exchange with IR-Stick/IR monitor
  • Modbus RTU serial digital interface for connection to a building automation system via RS485 bus system (possible with Stratos IF-modules)
  • BACnet MS/TP Slave serial digital interface for connection to a building automation system via RS485 bus system (possible with Stratos IF-modules).
  • CAN serial digital interface for connection to a building automation system via CAN bus system (possible with Stratos IF-modules)
  • LON serial digital interface to connect to a LONWorks network (available with Stratos IF-modules)
  • PLR serial digital interface for connection to a building automation system via a Wilo interface converter or special communication modules (available with Stratos IF-Modules)

Twin pump control (twin pump or two single pumps)

  • Main/standby operation (automatic switchover in the event of malfunction/pump timer operation): various combinations with Stratos IF-Modules (accessories) possible
  •  Dual pump operation (switch-on of second pump during peak demand with efficiency optimisation): various combinations with Stratos IF-Modules (accessories) possible

Accessories

  • Keyed casting on pump casing (for pumps with threaded pipe connection P2 ≤ 100 W)
  • For pumps with flange connection: flange design
