Application

  • Fully automatic water supply and pressure boosting in residential, office and administrative buildings, hotels, hospitals, shopping centres and various industrial facilities
  • Pumping of potable water, process water, cooling water, fire water (apart from fire-extinguishing systems in accordance with DIN14462 and subject to approval by local fire-fighting authorities) or other water mixtures that do not chemically or mechanically attack the materials used and do not contain abrasive or long-fibre constituents

Description/construction

  • Connection-ready water-supply unit, mounted on base frame made of stainless steel or varnished steel (MVI 52..) including vibration absorbers; with complete stainless steel pipework including all necessary fittings and shut-off devices (except for inlet-side shut-off device), pressure compensation unit, stainless steel high-pressure centrifugal pump (MVI) and fully assembled and ready for connection control unit ER-1. The control unit has a built-in electronic shut-off system that activates when there is insufficient water.
  • Diaphragm pressure vessel: 8 l/PN16 located on the end pressure side, equipped with a butyl rubber diaphragm which meets the requirements of the Food Safety Act. For inspection and testing purposes, equipped with shut-off ball valve, draining system and flow fittings according to DIN 4807
  • Control unit: The unit is equipped as standard with the Economy controller ER-1
