Description/structure

Base frame: galvanized steel, with height adjustable anti-vibration mounts, providing good isolation of cabinet noise. Other models available on request.
Complete pipework: complete stainless steel pipework, suitable for connection of all commonly used materials; the pipework is designed according to the total hydraulic capacity of the pressure boosting unit.
Pumps: 2 to 4 pumps switched in parallel of the Helix V 4 to Helix V 52 series; all parts that come in contact with the fluid are made of stainless steel for the Helix VE 4 to Helix VE 16 series or of stainless steel/grey cast iron with cataphoretic coating for the Helix VE 22 to Helix VE 52 series; other versions on request. KTW/WRAS/ACS approval for parts in contact with the pumped liquid
Fittings: All pumps on the pressure and suction side have a ball check valve with DVGW approval mark and on the pressure side a non-return valve with DVGW/KTW approval
Diaphragm pressure vessel: 8 l/PN16 located on the discharge side, fitted with a butyl rubber diaphragm with DVGW/KTW approval in accordance with food safety laws; equipped with a shut-off ball cock, emptying system and flow fittings with DVGW/KTW approval in accordance with DIN 4807 for testing and inspection purposes
Pressure sensor: 4 to 20 mA, arranged on the discharge side for activation of the central Smart SC controller
Pressure display: Pressure gauge (ø 63 mm) on the discharge side; additional digital indication of the discharge pressure on the alphanumeric LCD display of the Smart SC Controller
Control unit/controller: The unit is equipped with a Smart SC controller as standard. Versions with FC are additionally supplied with a frequency converter.
